Height and weight of a 16 year old depends on many factors, including gender and what is known as "stature". Are you the 16 year old that is wondering if you are within a normal weight range, or are you asking about your son or daughter or someone else?
Without knowing gender (the biggest unknown factor!), a 16 year old's weight range can be anywhere from 100 to 190 pounds...and this "range" can be even greater (more weight or less weight) depending on other factors: stature or body type, overall health, percentage of body fat, etc. In other words: this weight range does not really mean anything without knowing more information.
For more information about healthy weight range:
For persons under 20 years of age, the CDC has published a BMI (body mass index) calculator for children and teens that you may view here: http://apps.nccd.cdc.gov/dnpabmi/. You will need to know the child's weight, height, birthdate and gender. This will tell you if the child's weight is within a health range. You can read more about what BMI indicates at: Kids Health.
