I've had P.I.D twice (not STD related), and have Chronic U.T.I's (about 5 this year), and the pain you have sounds a lot like a U.T.I. Have you been on Antibiotics? P.I.D does get worse(at least for me it did) and I did have to get hospitalized for it both times. Maybe you have an ovarian cyst? I suffer from those too, and the pain with that is very similar to the what you are describing, and usually birth control helps with that, even though it took 2 years for mine to go away. I think you should get checked for a U.T.I and an Ovarian cyst. I'm no doctor (just a vet student haha), but I know a lot from experience.
