Hi Anonymous,
Radiation therapy does not pose a threat to others unless you are implanted with what are called radiation seeds and that is generally given to prostate cancer patients. In these cases, you are given specific instructions from your treating physician to stay away from others.

You are actually not "radioactive" after receiving treatment and the radiation is usually removed from your body from your stool after 24-48 hours depending on the treatment you are receiving. If you have any concerns, contact your physician. I hope this helps.
