I'm very sorry to hear about your loss. It is possible to conceive with pre-ejaculation post miscarriage. You are actually most fertile after giving birth and miscarriages due to all the pregnancy hormones and changes going on in your body. However, it is also probably wiser to let your body recover and let it regain energy and nutrients lost before trying to conceive again.
Although it is possible to get pregnant if the pre-ejaculation contained sperm, it is not guaranteed that you will. You may not even be ovulating again just yet and your period may come back within a few weeks to two months. In the meantime, taking a prenatal vitamin to gain some of those nutrients back is a good idea and by the time you've had a few periods if you're ready to start trying again then you'll feel better about your health and pregnancy.
