Hi,, I was 7 days above by my acutal date but when i did a home pregngancy test twice it was both times negative. I met a gynae and she has given me MOdus 10 mg to be taken twice a day and then wait for the periods to come. today is the fifth day. I just want to know that why have my periods delayed when the pregnancy test is negative and will my periods return after this medicine or not. I am 40 plus and never ever in my whole life have I ever had late periods. they were always 5-7 days before. Please advise if there is anything to worry and will i conceive or not..
