Sounds pretty good since you mentioned you eat healthy and excercise weekly. Generally if your eating and diet are normal and healthy and still experience irregular periods most of the is related to be a hormonal issue. Visit your gynecologist they might do some kinds of testing for hormones and this way you would know more about it. Are you having any other symptoms as well? If your doctor says everything is normal you might want try something called progesterone cream. Many of the times are hormonal matter and progesterone cream can help. Mention this to your doctor as well if you want to try such thing.
