If this was not last night and you missed it completely, then continue taking your pills as directed-- while you may not have full protection from the pills, you are still protected. If this ever happens again, take your pill as soon as you remember.
There is a chance of pregnancy, although not very high. If you miss a period then take a pregnancy test.
