Checking your cervix can be tricky. This is best left to a professional. If you ovulated on the 9th though, then it isn't possible for you to be ovulating again yesterday-- unless, of course, you weren't really ovulating on the 9th.
Take it one day at a time, I know it is easier said than done-- especially when you really want a child. But the more stress you put on your body with this ovulation calculation, the harder it actually is to get pregnant. Have unprotected sex whenever, wherever and hope for the very best.
