I found out I had a miscarriage Wednesday just gone..
Like you Laelwa I was bleeding for almost a month (about 26 days), in that time I made an appt to see my doctor to find out why the hell my period was going for so long (even posted a question on EmpowHer to find out why my period wouldn't stop.)
My blood test came back a positive pregnancy however the hormone level was only at 5 which indicated to my doctor that we had caught the tail end of an "unnoticed miscarriage" which would have gone unnoticed if I shrugged off the symptoms.
It's really disappointing miscarrying, I feel as though something I wanted so badly was taken off me before I even knew I had it... 1 second I'm being told theres a positive pregnancy and in the blink of an eye she mentioned the word miscarriage... It was all pretty oerwhelming. But it's not something to be ashamed of any more. I have done my research and about 50% of pregnancies end in miscarriage! And like Rosa said, its more often than we think because majority of them are unnoticed!
Well I can't be a Mum just yet, but I can have plenty of fun trying!!
