It's honestly up to you whether you decide to tell him or not. If it happened three years ago, do you think bringing it up now would put a strain in your relationship because you kept this from him for three years? What made you decide not to tell him when it happened? I just want you to know that although it is possible that you did have a miscarriage, since you were never seen by a doctor it was also never confirmed. So, if you do decide to tell him you can tell him that you suspect that you may have had a miscarriage given your symptoms. But like I said, this is a decision left to you.
