You should NEVER consume your own urine. Survival 101 always explains that in desperate situations, you consume someone elses urine for survival purposes but you never consume your own as it is your bodies own waste and therefore can be posion.
Have you been diagnosed with throat acne? I would assume that a doctor did not and therfore, you may have a STD or possibly a throat infection that can be cleared up with anti-bioltics. Can you please be more specific so we can better assist you?
