Here are few options to relive menstrual cycle pain.

Have plenty of juice such as orange-juice and apple-juice. They have vitamin C and it helps to relax the muscles of the vagina which makes you to go to the bathroom and this way the more you go to the bathroom the better it feels from down there. The muscles get all tight there and having plenty of juice or tea would help alot.

Take Motrin (ibuprofen) ibuprofen which helps pain alot.

Try not to have so much junk food during your period and taking Motrin and having a cup of tea and keeping a heating pad on your stomach would help alot.
