A Hematoma is usually caused by trauma (mainly), leaking blood vessels, or blood thinners.
Did your doctor diagnose you with a Hematoma before or after the ultrasound? And if it was before, do you know the outcome of the ultrasound?
If necessary, do find another doctor. Not because I think your doctor is doing a poor job, but because it is extremely important to be able to communicate with your doctor and if you don't feel like you can do that then you aren't receiving optimum care.
