Thank you again for your time. I've had Fibromyalgia for thirteen years now and have joined the support group. The supplement suggestions actually can from my family doctor after he attended a workshop, but he didn't know how to proceed dosage wise or anything just that Vit.D and Magnesium can help with FMS. I did know that about magnesium. Appparently in one study, 12% of women diagnosed with Fibromyalgia were actually difficient in Vitamin D..it causes a lot of the same symptoms. But yes..you are right...with supplements you do have to be careful...and even though the internet provided me with conflicting information..it is not medical advice. I recently stopped seeing a Naturopath and he didn't suggest any of these supplements. When I was first diagnosed specialists whould not see you other than for diagnosis purposes and 13 years later only two in my city will follow you as a patient. I have an appointment booked with one of them in May 2012. I apologize...I'm still trying to learn my way around this website...I guess I should have directed my question to the group. Thanks so much for your time and receiving your message let me know I'm on the right track and to be careful with supplements. Thanks. Kali
