Hey Zee (I was the previous anonymous commenter).
Cramping in the lower sides of your stomach can mean ANYTHING. Believe me, I did A TON of googling and it seemed that everything that I had was a symptom of pregnancy: frequent urination, discharge, tender breasts, weird smells.
SEVERE cramping can mean that an egg was fertilized in the fallopian tube. This is called an ectopic pregnancy and if this were happening to you--you would know it--it's an unbearable pain and the embryo never survives. Cramping in your lower sides can also just be trapped gas...
Its easy to mistake everyday things with pregnancy symptoms and don't freak out if you DO get things like breast tenderness, because that's common with your period as well. It's going to be a loooong 3 weeks as I said before, but you'll get through it. You took Plan B, now you just have to wait. Message me if you need some more support. Whatever happens, you will get through it. Promise.
