If you have a canker sore as a result of this situation then you are highly stressed out. Stress will play a major role in the delay of your period and although preseminal fluid can contain sperm, this isn't always the case. If you have tested for pregnancy at least 2 weeks after the incident then you are not pregnant. Please try to relax and your period will eventually come.
For future reference I think it goes without saying that if you are going to allow your boyfriend to put his penis anywhere near your vagina, he needs to be wearing a condom and/or you should consider other options such as birth control pills.
