If he had just put it on then chances are there was no precum on the condom. However, if this ever happens again-- throw it away and use a new one. I'm more concerned about the possibility of infection since he had it on, then removed it, inverted it, and put it back on. If you feel itching, burning, foul odor, and a fever-- you may have an infection. As far as pregnancy goes, your chances are slim to none. Please wait for your period, if it's late you can take a pregnancy test.
