Omg so I went through the exact same thing!! Missed my period for 3 months after having my tubes tied fo 5 years. Light pink spotting here and there with pains in my left Fallopian tube. Went to the doctor and had negative urine and blood pregnancy test. After 4 1/2 months without a period, I started spotting and then kerplunk! There were 2 clear, bloody, mucous-like clots that fell in the toilet. After that the pain went away and passed several blood clots. Doctor thought I was crazy and water to be pregnant. Gave me a depression screening and all.
