Mood swings are common when have PMS. Try to relax and take it easy. Try not to have caffeine. Have plenty of you juice and water and tea can be relaxing. Try not to eat heavy or fried food. Have soups, salads, sandwiches, etc. light food and healthier will make you feel better especially around the time of your menstrual period.
