In order for your skin to heal, stop wiping with dry toilet paper-- no wipes either. Gently cleanse the area with mild soap and water and pat it dry. Keep it moisturized and apply skin barriers such as Vaseline to prevent the friction of your clothes and underwear from doing further damage.
