Hi Anonymous,

Thank you for your question. You are not pregnant. Early in your teenage years and well into your 20s, you will have many changes or missed periods as this is very common. The exercising may also be an indicator of a missed period in addition to stress if you were concerned that you were pregnant. So, relax and I am sure your period will come or perhaps be late but it is highly unlikely that you are pregnant from your explanation.
