I recently had my first full blown gallbladder attack and the er doc gave me some milky looking stuff to swallow and a shot of bentyl. It did absolutely nothing. After thrashing around in serious pain for hours the doc finally agreed to let me take some of my medicine that was prescribed to me for chronic pain and anxiety. After taking a 60mg oxycontin; a30mg oxycodone and a 1mg ativan the pain finally got bearable. Since then I have read that oxycontin and oxycodone can make it worse. It made me realize you can't always believe what you read. And we all know they can't put it on the Internet if it's not true...lmao
