If you want to know how many days apart you should expect your period to be, then start by grabbing a calendar-- this could be your phone calendar or a paper calendar. The first day of your period, make a note on your calendar. Then make a note of your last day. In order to count, you will start from the first day of your period and wait until the following month to come around-- then you will count from the first day of your last period to the first day of your next period (it should be somewhere between 26-35 days apart). Do this anywhere from 6-8 months so that you can establish a pattern in your periods. This is how you will know more or less when you can expect your period to arrive.
