Hi, Snacking the smart and easy way should be something fun for you. This way you look forward to eating your healthy favorite snacks.

For Example:
Pick your favorite fruits and have them as snack
Try going to the grocery by not going to the junk food aisle go where all the vegetables are. All the colors you see you make it exciting by selecting your favorite vegetables in colors. Pick your favorite dressing and stock up all these at your house.

Eat your vegetables with your favorite dressing with a meal or snacking on them.

Try reducing sugar and caffeine intake. That's the hard part and best part. Try also reducing having bread and fried foods.

I know a certain doctor and told me having a bowl of salad everyday is the best choice in eating the smart and healthy way.

As you keep up all this you feel better, and get to lose weight.
