I would like to add that the data on the link commented above is for OVERWEIGHT people, not obese, which is quite a different thing. Of course there are many overweight people in Spain, but NOT THAT MANY OBESE PEOPLE.
According to the same source (OECD), only 16% people are obese in Spain and it has the 20th highest obesity rate in the world, after United States,
Mexico, Scotland, New Zealand, England, Australia, Northern Ireland, Luxembourg, Wales, Iceland, Hungary, Greece, Czech Republic, Slovak Republic and Canada, not the third.
