During the process of conception, one week after having unprotected sex your doctor will likely not find anything in an ultrasound. Right now you are on week 3 (weeks start on the first day of your last menstrual period) and a sac will usually be seen as early as week 5.
Please try not to worry, you can take a home pregnancy test next week if you are concerned that you may be pregnant.
I'm confused about your bleeding though, did they give you a reason for it? Where you a virgin?
