I'm so sorry to hear that you have yet to get a diagnosis on your condition. However, you still need to get diagnosed before you start treating it with medication purchased online. You don't have to see the dermatology specialist that your doctor referred you to if you can't afford the $500 but you can look for one on your own--including a public health clinic or anything that you can afford. But please, bring up the possibility of Lichen Sclerosus to your doctors and get a diagnosis with proper treatment before using anything that's not prescribed.
