Sondra, I have been practicing yoga for many years so I know what you're talking about! In fact, I couldn't help but notice the similarities between the yogic and Chinese Taoist traditions. Breathing is so good for us. We just need to remind ourselves to take a deep breath from time to time in our busy days :-)
