Before you and your girlfriend assume that she is pregnant, please have her take a pregnancy test.
I am not familiar with India's laws on abortion so I cannot give you any information on that but you can't force someone into having an abortion if she does not want to.
Do you know why she would want to die because of this? Please remind her that a late period can also be caused by stress and not necessarily pregnancy--that's why it is important for her to test for pregnancy. Please observe for suicidal symptoms if you are afraid that she may harm herself.
