Welcome to EmpowHER. Sneezing can be caused by Allergy to pollen, mold, dander, dust (hay fever)

Corticosteroid inhalation (from certain nose sprays)

Nasal irritants such as dust and powders

Virus infections (common cold, upper respiratory tract infections, the flu). And some of the symptoms of a sinus infection are:

Thick, yellow, foul-smelling nasal discharge

Pressure or pain around the face and eyes

Headache (generally in the forehead area)

Nasal obstruction

Congestion

Post-nasal drip
