Thanks for your reply. I don't take any topical treatments for vulvodynia - what are the options? None have ever really been suggested to me. I'm pretty sensitive down there so would have to be careful about what I use.
I asked a dermatologist that I've seen in the past what her experience with vulvodynia and pregnancy was - she said normally (although not always) the condition improves throughout the pregnancy. So I'm kinda hoping that I'll see some improvement at some stage. Not entriely convinced though as I have always thought my vulvodynia is hormone related and obviously my hormones are going crazy right now and that will continue! Fun & games hey?!
