I have similar concerns. After sex, not only do I feel bloated, but I feel like all my organs in my abdomen are just knotted, cramped, like stuff just got pushed around and is swollen. Probably also important to mention that the sex isn't painful or rough. I feel crampy and gassy for a few hours at least. I also feel constipated for a few days after sex and am unable to "go" for those few days, even though I am normal regular.
Is the congested feeling I'm having possibly real, so much that it affects my colon for a few days?
