Hi Anonymous, What your saying about all your symptoms are all normal. If you get like this alot it is a good idea to see your GYN about this. Taking Motrin (ibuprofen) which is over counter medication is helpful to. Take this and if you see relief you can see it is all related to your menstrual period so their is nothing to be worried about. If it bothers you a lot it's always good to go to a GYN.
