It is not uncommon for a woman to feel as if she may pee before a climax. However, some women decide to see what happens (continue to try to climax), and others immediately go to the bathroom. It is up to you how you want to handle it, but since only a little pee comes out when you feel this way, it may just be a sensation that comes before you do climax.
