The same applies in water as it does outside of water...If you are wearing any type of clothing, then you cannot be penetrated and get pregnant. Chances are that if you were in the pool and-- lets say he did ejaculate inside of the water, the sperm would die within minutes-- this is due to factors like water temperature, chlorine, and other chemicals that may be in the pool.
Do not worry, as long as there was no penetration between you and your boyfriend you are not pregnant.
