If you took a pregnancy test recently which was negative, then you are not pregnant. However, birth control pills are hormones so when you stop taking them, you can experience changes in your cycle, breasts, etc. until your body "Adjusts" to no longer taking the pills. It can also be a sign on an oncoming period.
