Thanks for posting. White bumps on your vagina can be sebaceous cysts which are harmless to your overall health and don't usually require treatment unless they are infected. However, they can also be related to STD's like Human Papillomavirus and possibly herpes. If you have been to a doctor and had a pelvic exam done, then please follow up for results.
