Postinor 2 instructions are as follows: The first dose should be taken within 72 hours of sexual intercourse and the second dose should be taken 12 hours after the first one.
You can take it twice in a month, but expect to see a change in your period along with other possible side effects. If you are finding that you need to take an emergency contraceptive this frequently, perhaps it would be wise to invest on birth control pills instead of emergency contraceptives.
