Thanks Rosa for your interest...I am definitely technically "menopausal" having no period in 12 months. That's my concern, should a menopausal woman have an endometrium that is 9.5 mm- three times a normal menopausal number. That is what I have read to be ' hyperplasia"...So with documented hyperplasia in a menopausal female, with pain and discharge, and a fluid filled distended uterus on u/s I think that covers just about every s/s of endo ca I have found.I am also having feelings of a fluttering movement in my uterine area but haven't said a word because even I know how crazy I sound saying it! I guess what I am wondering is if I am being overly dramatic with pushing or do I have cause for alarm..I have a doc who sees me with one hand on the doorknob the entire visit aand have found he quickly summarizes all results without giving me all the info..I have to laugh to myself as the medical community spends a lot of time teaching women the early s/s of cancers and then ignores them when we present with them.I hate to leave a familar face but feel that maybe I should bolt for a second opinion..Thanks...
