Hi Fit N Fab,

At your age, you are growing at a very fast speed. Feeling like you are always hungry is a normal feeling for you right now not to mention that your body needs more fuel, the more you exercise. In order to help tame the hunger, make sure you have a nice big breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner, and if you're hungry at night have another snack just make sure you're eating every 2-3 hours.
