Thank you for your advice. I think it is best to do that. I'm actually planning on gradually raising my calorie intake to the level needed to maintain my current weight since I'm not really that much interested in losing any more weight anyway. I guess I'm just scared that if I start consuming the amount recommended, I'll gain all the weight I lost right back.
