This also happens to me, I'm 21 yo f and get these random severe chest pains, crushing pain that becomes tearing pain with each breath. I try not to breath much and it dissolves within minutes. I'm reluctant to see a doctor as blood tests would most likely come back normal for me also. I've had chest pain before, but not this consistent and not this severe.
