Thanks for your post. Please schedule an appointnment with your OB/GYN as soon as possible. Unfortunately, we cannot diagnose you over the internet and you need a doctor to do that for you. It could be a vaginal infection however, because you have blisters and have been having unprotected sex, it could be an STD such as herpes.
Please be safe, go to your doctor, and remember to practice safe sex or no sex.
