Thanks for sharing recipes that can help ease insomnia. I never would've guessed celery could be used as a sleep aid. The Journal of the American Osteopathic Association also gave a thumbs up to using celery before bed as well as hard-boiled eggs and popcorn. The Journal also recommended wheat bread, broccoli and black beans as these feeds are rich in magnesium. Appreciate your suggestions cycleharmony.
