That sounds like quite a plan!! If we break it down into smaller goals, you'd have to lose about 6 lbs each month, including July. Which is about 1.5-2 lbs per week. Tough, but you can totally do it! You can use this week to get a head start!

Try to sneak in the exercise by taking the stairs and parking further away. Have you ever tried juicing?
