Haha! You know-- with a juicer that you can use to extract the liquid nutrients from fruits and veggies! You can make lots of yummy and nutritious juices. It's an easy way for our bodies to get tons of healthy nutrients that come from whole-food sources. I find that with all the nutrients, it helps tide me over for a while. It's a low calorie, vitamin-packed snack or meal!
