Are you solely using the "rhythm method" as a contraceptive? If so, it is entirely possible that you may be pregnant. Although it will be a tough 7 days, the tell-tale sign will be your period. Taking a pregnancy test then should give you more accurate results.
If you do not wish to be pregnant, the best way is to use contraception.
