Unfortunately, no, this is not the case. There are many instances where a man could force a woman to have sex against her will, and she can still become pregnant, as what can happen during a rape.
Your husband should not be forcing you to have intercourse if you are not interested-- that is not okay. Sex should be consensual, meaning that both the man and the woman should WANT to have intercourse and NOT be forced to coerced.
That being said, for pregnancy to occur, sperm simply needs to enter the vagina or be around the vulva.
