The prostate is a walnut-sized male gland that contributes to the fluid that carries sperm. It is anatomically not possible for your children's grandmother to have prostate cancer. Is she sure she understood her diagnosis? Perhaps this may warrant a follow-up call to her doctor to clarify if she does have cancer and what type of cancer she may have.
