have you tried calmoseptine I used it a while back when I had redness and irritation in my pernial area, I had this for about three months and it would not go away. my doctor suggested using it and it has helped so much it cools the area and keeps it dry. but, first talk to your doc about using it. you can buy it at walgreens for 10.00 a tube.its great stuff.
